I'm sitting in the parking lot at Lowe's in Hendersonville, bird's eye view of the garden center - linked to the internet via my VZAccess port. It is totally cool to drive down the interstate and be online through this thing. I love it because I don't have much time at the house to be online - too much else to do.Second
trip to Lowe's today... The first trip was for plumbing supplies. He got that job done and we now have water up to the new half bathroom. This trip is to get some other whatever, how do you like that? Also I hope he remembers to get a bottle of stainless steel polish.I turned on the gas logs this morning in the kitchen and worked in there, dusting and cleaning. CT (on his first trip out) stopped by the store to get steak to marinade. My awful sister and bro-in-law sent the picture above to me in early email.... Jim grills the best steak on the planet and they are grilling tonight with Mother out at their house. They know that I love their steak and ask for it every time we go home to Mom's so they wanted to tease me with these pictures. That will be some goooood eatin! The pic is of my crazy brother-in-law with a crazy look on his otherwise cute face. That's a guilty look if I've ever seen one!
Anyway, decided that I'd just clean up the dust and grill steak inside on my new stove for Charles and Jonathan for Valentine's Day. We're all looking forward to trying this stove out for its maiden voyage. Hope we don't catch the house on fire.
I just saw Jonathan walking through the garden center with two other workers - going hard at it over some project they're doing out there today. He painted yesterday - they're getting ready for the huge Spring shipment that will start coming in real soon. He loves the garden center and I'm glad. It means everything to love what you're doing in life.
