We were up around 8:30 this morning - going to church with Jonathan today - We got ready and left around 10:20. Got there and ran first into Wally - He has had all 7 radiation treatments and is doing very well. Said he gained 3 pounds and was hoping to lose some. I'm glad he's come through those treatments so well and hope it got all of the cancer. Much hugging of necks again this morning. David S. hugged and asked point blank, "When are you back and are you going to rejoin First Baptist?" That seemed to be the question of the day. I told people that we are parting with Central during this month and it will be after the first of the year when we come back to FBC. We love Central, the people and especially my Sunday School class. We have some very special friends at Central and we don't want to leave them or lose them. Had numerous good conversations with people there today. And Ryan's sermon was tops. He has us taking notes - he's that good. The pic is before the service began. Wally (my long time choir director at First Baptist) walked up while I was trying to get a picture, and began talking with someone.Went to Kels*ey's to get those good grilled chicken salads for lunch. Sat by the waterfall... ate, picked up cat litter, and drove back to the house. We loaded up the car to come back to TN and Charles put molding up in the closet in our bedroom before we left... We then went down to the creek
with Jonathan to put some greenery up on the gate..... and left for Tennessee. The temperature outside was dropping fast. It has been SO COLD lately!
