It isn't cold YET, but we're warm inside and thankful for the heat. CT said this morning that there is a possiblity of the temps. dipping below freezing tonight. We are hoping to get the gas logs on in our bedroom today, not for heating, but we're totally curious as to how they will look. We enjoyed them for 5 winters at the lake house.We had a window removed from one of the bedroom walls so that we can put our bed caddy-corner if we wish. We have the bed frame that way and slept that way last night. It will work well, I think. Funny thing... the room echos. We have the bed and a wing chair in there and the room echos.
CT is out this morning to pick up more supplies. I'm doing laundry, just happy to be here in the hills at the homeplace today.
