"THEY" slept in this morning. The Meem was up at 5:50, wide awake. I settled myself in front of the TV in the den and watched the morning news and planned some things for today - like Scarlett's project, for one thing.She was up several hours later. Papaw was also up and had resumed the project in the third bedroom of this house. Gonna be awesome for a small room, will post pics later. We ordered the carpet and it should be here in the next several days. It's the Milliken hard surface patterned carpet like our screened porch rugs for the past 25 years have been..... so it should be interesting in that room/office.
Once Scarletta had two big bowls of Cocoa Krispies & milk, I let her watch Sponge*bob while I cleaned the kitchen. Then we started on her project - a picture cube by K & Co.... but while we were setting up on the dining room table, we made up "raps" about how many pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters make up one dollar. We were dancing all over the dining room. Papaw walked in and just laughed ... but he loved it. If I hadn't been so "into" it, we would have made a pic! It was so funny to watch her. She REALLY gets "into" her music and dancing.
Anyway.... she worked for several hours on this project.... Good job, Little Bit!
