We were there in the "glory days" when the restaurants were fantastic and the shops drew people from all over. The first time I ever saw Tryon was at Christmas time... We got to the main interesection where the horse has stood for decades, just in
We ate the "fare" there last evening against my better judgment. I had eaten M*exican in Greenville, SC on Christmas Eve......then was terribly ill the next morning with that mega virus.
This morning is hardly any different..... stomach took a lurch around 7:30 and I can't stay out of the bathroom. Initially thought I'd picked up something on the Polar Express last time but maybe I picked it up the night we went Me(*xican..... I don't know, but I DO know that I'm not going back to the lake today. Charles decided that he'd go back and work the first part of the week and come back mid-week. This isn't as BAD as it was Christmas day or I wouldn't be up blogging.... but it isn't good!
Not sure I'll ever want to dine in a Me*xican restaurant again.
I'm going back to bed!
