Charles says the sun was shinning where he worked today..... and it has rained non-stop all day where I am. Says he got to Knoxville and M'ville and saw a hint of sun..... and it is raining even harder where I am. There is a GREAT difference in the weather (and temp) between "in town" and this lake, and we are drenched.Came in.... left early from school so we could get out of here early with this weather.... didn't happen. The rain has come in torrents and he had to bail water out of the deck boat and adjust his "tent" before we could leave. He finally got into some old clothes that he could get soaking wet, went out in it, and worked......
We're getting out of here in about 15 minutes. Carmen called - she is much better - had a light case of this stuff, but Dean has it now and he's at the hospital with Luke. She's on her way up there. When I asked her about Tyler (who was up earlier), she said, "He isn't dead".... OK cell phone on, I told her to keep us posted and I mean she had better call. She promised she would.
Gotta go.... we're outta here....
