It has been rainy and cold today in Hendersonville - perfect November-in-the-hills day. Charles was up way before me and headed to Low*(es to buy a new French door - came back, got me up, brought breakfast in, and I went out to the office where he was working. He installed this door as a pocket door going from the kitchen/laundry area to the office area - HIS area..... and it works great and looks great.Around lunch time he showered and got ready to go to a retirement reception at North H**enderson H**igh School.... a good friend's last day was today. His wife also retired today from the school system, so they went together.... will wake up tomorrow morning and not have to go back to school!
Anyway - I didn't go because I knew CT would want to visit the afternoon away. He did. In fact he was overwhelmed that so many came by to see him. He said there were lots of familiar faces and a ton of bear hugs. That was good for him.
