Another Round With DELL......

It's 1 A.M. on Monday morning as I type. Charles Thomas has long since gone to bed. I had a date tonight with a guy in India... (yeah, like the country of India). He works for DELL computers. I've spent right much time with him lately and he has just "had his way with me"..... ha ha ha.... he has taken over my computer completely!

Six hours the other night ... or was it 6.5? And I called at 9:15 tonight and just got off the phone. That's another 4 hours.....

He was extremely nice... polite.... nearly as young as my oldest grandchild.... and good with this computer.

I learned tonight that only DELL computers have a "complete restore" that you can do with them online and not have to use reinstall disks.... I'm going to suggest this to Carmen. You take it back to the box, and it costs nothing. ..... it takes you through 5 easy steps. Don't try it if you don't have a DELL..... and in this tec's words... "will totally delete and reload a fresh copy of everything." and this long link is a "live" link - if you click on it, it will take you to the "Restoring Your Computer's Software to the Factory Settings" page....
